Astarion/Minthara Romance

I was under the impression that if you slept with Minthara in Act 1, you would not be able to advance with Astarion. I'm doing an evil playthrough so ofc gotta shack up with her! But now I'm ending Act 1 and Astarion just admitted to my character he is liking the whole package and he feels I like him too. Just waiting on my response but... :S

I know the updated was supposed to further the romance with Minthara.
PLEASE don't spoil anything about the story after Act 1. It is impossible for me to search for this question without seeing spoilers.

Anyways, can I romance both Astarion AND Minthara? Will one have to be picked over the other? I know some characters said Minthara is poly, but I don't know if she is. Heard the same about Astarion, but I also don't know if Astrion is TRULY poly as I have read conflicting things.

i know its old, but he broke up with me when i said yes to minthara.. in act2 though, so.. how?

Choosing to enter into a relationship with Minthara in Act 3 will automatically end whatever relationship you already have. Minthara doesn't share.
