Szarr Palace Secret Room (Spoilers?)

Talking about the area with hanging cages and broken levers you can enter via hatch under a chest. All I find are the same month old posts and such saying it's cut content/bugged, but has anyone figured out yet how to solve it perchance? Or it's still bugged/unfinished indeed?

It's 2024 now and I still can't do anything in that puzzle

It may have been meant to be an active puzzle, but it does nothing. You can't interact with it. Does definitely appear to be cut content.

There is no more puzzle at all. Just get to this room, and there are no levers in that room. It's said puzzle has been removed in patch #3 because of broken design.
