Disappearing inventory items

My Hag's Bane potion has disappeared. Went back to old garlow, no more ingredient for this very rare and necessary potion! :(
Check all my characters and camp chest, not there! :(

Actually there might be one hope yet... Have to try my other companion inventory... for some reason I find changing the party composition annoying... :/

I have actually had the same bug with my mind flayer parasites going missing when I take them out of my stash. I have already submitted an error report with L studios so hopefully they can fix the missing items bug. Even if I go back to earlier saves I am having the same problems so who knows.

Yes, same here. I was wondering if I did something dumb and like dropped it, or missclicked or whatever initially, but it has happened on multiple occasions. I don't know about the ingredients, as I don't really look at those, but a powerful weapon disappeared, some strong rings and minor stuff

Usually hitting F5 and then F8 will resolve the invisible item bugs.
