does this version of the game have couch co op?

If by 'couch' co-op you mean split screen playing on a single instance/account with multiple people, afaik it does not currently, and I have no idea of that's something they do or not.

It does have online multiplayer though.

That might have been in reference to the Xbox version of the game since they were having trouble getting split-screen to work on there specifically.

My understanding is that split-screen co-op is dependent on controller support. By further understanding is that (_relatively_ speaking), once controller support is established, split-screen co-op is not a huge lift.

According to something I saw it would on the consoles, but idk about the PC... might be best to wait till closer to the release, or only buy 1 copy for now to wait and see.

Enough of us seem to remember it so it can't be that it was never mentioned lol

If it's not couch co-op I won't buy it. lots more fun to play it that way also it saves money.

honestly i dont think so. Dos2 have no couch co-op and i never read anything about that subject.

Both DoS games have couch co-op. I know DoS2 starts to mess up with three local players, though
