Druid multi attack
Some druid form for exemple bear are suppose to have multi attack. I read somewhere that larian remove the multi attack on purpose.
I'm not trying to start a fire, i wish to know if anyone has seen an official answer that it was indeed a nerf and that druid can say goodbye to their multi attack.

I don't think we've had an official comment on it, no.

My guess is that it's just a matter of not wanting Moon Druids to be the de facto best melee class in during early access. Before level 5, they're the only class capable of getting extra attacks, and notably have a very high power spike in DnD 5e. And since level 5 was a late addition to early access, they would have been the only class capable of this throughout the entire experience.

I'm 99% confident that they'll have their extra attack by level 6 in 1.0, and wouldn't be surprised if their earlier-level forms get it as well once we're no longer restricted to tier 1 play.

I really hope so.
Technically the berserker (barbarian) can also get an extra attack for 10 turn i think it was 3 time per long rest at level 2 or 3

I believe they are trying to decide what to do with it. Halsin, the druid you can control during the mission, actually have multi attack, so it's pretty inconsistent that other druids do not have it at lv 5 (Halsin's level). I believe lv5 would be a good middle ground, avoiding a huge power spike at lower levels (like it does in tabletop 5e) in a point martial classes get their second attack too.

i wouldn't mind having them early but yes if they need to have them later around 5 is nice.

I personally think Moon Druid needs it. Larian gave Land druids basically equal wildshaping besides Bear form, but bear is one of the worst forms. It could really use the extra damage to compensate for how vulnerable it is.

i don't see the need to nerf the form, for exemple : berserker get Frenzied Strike at level 3 so balance wise having the druid having it at level 2 is not that much.
But at the very least it should come later like at level 5 if they really want to nerf it.

Frenzied strike is not extra attack, as it uses your bonus action. Any one can get a bonus attack with two light weapons

you can use it on a 2 handed-sword attack, and if you need range you can do a throw but it's true that it cost a bonus action

Is Land druid's wildshape also a bonus action? (I've never tried playing a Land druid so I'm legit asking, not point scoring.)

We will know a lot more about whether Moon druid is worth playing when we get to level 6, where in PnP they get an entire extra CR of forms to choose from. If it's one more form, not worth it until 10, which is too late into the game to make me excited. If it's roughly as many additional forms as the initial set, we'll be getting somewhere.

No, land druid wildshape as a standard action.
yeah we will see, though even if we don't get multi attack, i will still play moon druid just to have access to all form :)
