is geforce now safe to play and loggin with steam?

Well, it works on Geforce Now. If you enable cross saves/cloud saves you can play either through Steam or Geforce Now.

Hadn't played it through GFN before your post but I gave it a quick run. Over wifi it's pretty smooth at 1080p Ultra Settings. There is some texture pop-in though. FWIW, Speedtest shows my wifi speed to be 73 Mbps. Faster internet obviously helps.

Not sure what you mean by 'save', but while Nvidia isn't the most consumer friendly business out there, they aren't going to take your money and run.
