Much approve of having the option to kill all kids (or none). Tried to kill the tiefling brat -Mol or something- repeatedly and was quite disappointed :(
Modders will undoubtedly make it possible but i would like proper official support that way out comes can happen due to killing children, if it's a mod obviously it isn't accounted for therefore you won't see any outcomes

As for why goblin children can be killed probably has to do with them not being "human" enough.
