Enhance ability in dialogues uses level 3 spell slot

It's level 2 spell but when I use at skill check in dialogues, it spends level 3 slot. Am I missing something?

It should only use the next level spell slot if there isn't a level 2 slot available, or if you are up-casting it.

Exactly. But in my case it uses level 3. Where do I bug report?

Right in the Larian launcher is a button that links to Larian's bug report page. Take screenshots too you can upload up to 64M on the form.

Yelp! Am only realising now into 2nd playthrough .. like 5 mins ago. My Level 2 slots are all fully intact, post LR. After dialogue, realizing that Shadowheart Cleric is upcasting a L2 Enhanced Ability as LEVEL 3 SPENT slot only during Dialogues =\

Yep. Currently got this problem too, plus Jaheira as non-ally bug. Annoying.
