ok so if you are friendly etc and STEAL from auntie ethe lat the grove, her invis potion
when you confront her later at her house
and trigger the fight
she will be nonstop scripted to use a invis potion to flee behind the furnace

and you can just kill her off, she will not attack and just sit her time looking for invis potion

You can also use arcane lock on the furnace to lock her out of it and kill her ass.
Good tip though, I had no idea she used a potion for her invis.

You don't want to kill her anyway since that means you won't get the +1 stat boost from her.

yes i know but, but by stealing her invis potion (or locking her out of the furnace)
you only have 1 option and that is to kill her so no stat buff given
