i think it should be allowed, after all this is primarily a single player game, changing any charracters visual looks, and skins should not be shamed or disallowed in any way

Pretty much this, I support any and all mods that changes the appearance of all characters. Even if someone doesn't like it for reasons, its optional and doesn't impact your game.

Agreed. So many games have so many mods that white-wash the characters, only fair other ethnicities get the same treatment.

I'm all for it, the more options we all have for any and all customization with modding in characters the better. Its completely optional and doesn't impact anyone's game.

Well people can still use the mod, you'll just have to find some other place to host the files and provide the downloads. Nexus doesn't have to have it on their website.

It's attacked because it's trying to "White Wash" a Black Character - the foundation of racism. Kinda like how Netflix is trying to "Black Wash" every character or insert a LGBTQ+ character here n there to avoid being cancelled and slanders by crazies.
