Yeah. I won't get in to full spoilers here, but it is possible to see Sazza alive in all 3 acts with story elements.

Once you free her, when she get back to camp, the goblins will throw her to the spiders no matter what. Even if you dont see it.
There is a way to "more or less" not fight anyone. And that is how you can know that happens no matter what.
If you expose Kagha as a shadow druid initiate, the druids will stop the ritual, and the tieflings wont be compelled to run and die should you dont solve the goblin problem.
But in any way, her getting to goblin camp is the last you see of her that I know of. However any way you free her, no matter in which circumstance you pass by the pit, they will be throwing her there, even if you dont speak to Minthara and instead just let time go by. At some point the quest will end, and her corpse will be in the pit.
Also as a bonus fact, if you dont kill minthara but complete the quest (the most likely way is to knock her out) even if you then heal her so she is ALIVE AND STANDING, when you get to moonrise it will be said that she is dead and the "fail to protect your true soul" dialogue will be triggered.

Players who first approach the Makeshift Prison through the Druid Grove gateway, will find Sazza held at crossbow point by Arka, who seeks vengeance for her dead brother Kanon. Arka's friend, Memnos, is attempting to dissuade her from the senseless act of violence. The player can choose to either help Sazza by interfering with Arka's plans to shoot her, or let Sazza die by Arka's hands.
If the player chooses to help Sazza and then speaks with her, she will offer to introduce you to True Soul Priestess Gut. Players who choose to help her will gain her as a temporary companion with 9HP. Upon completing Save the Goblin Sazza in her favor, she promises to put in a good word for you with her tribe.
If the player does not free Sazza, then the Save the Goblin Sazza quest will resolve with her death, and her corpse may be looted through the cage.

If kept alive during Act 1, Sazza can once again be encountered in the Moonrise Towers. Depending on the player's decisions, she can once again be set free (Which will award an achievement if you already saved her twice in Act 1) or can be executed.

Should make a goblinslayer character ;-) cheap armor and blades and hunt down every goblin you can! :D
serioulsy don't post stuff that is just no true
1 save sazza from the thieflings in druid grove
2. DEFEND sazza vs minthara(talk)
3. agree with minthara to attack the druid grove
4. kill minthara at druid grove (this should make sure SAZZA leaves goblin camp)
5. save her again in moonrise
To finish her quest, make sure you don't go to Goblin Camp before prison break & followed her to reach the Goblin Camp (she will be waiting for you in the west of Blighted Village), so she spoke on behalf of you to pass the gate outside the west of Blighted Village.
And then I can finish her quest once saved her from Minthara, so she will be in Moonrise either you side/betray the thieflings. (but I didn't clear the Goblin Camp in the case of side with thieflings)
I'm not sure if they patched it or what, but I knocked her out at Minthara, she showed up in the main area where Priestess Gut is, knocked her out again, definitely did a couple long rests, came back and she was neutral.
You can talk to her and, with the right bribe (I gave her a few hundred gold and some trash items) she turns friendly and promises she won't bother you again.
Not to Act 2 yet on that playthrough so I have no idea if she shows up at Moonrise or anything, but it's definitely possible to let her survive in Act 1 now.
Yes, it's entirely possible to save Sazza while helping the Tieflings, and it's easy. Just knock her out with Nonlethal (be mindful not to use damage over time or damage riders when doing so, but her low HP makes it really easy).
