Counting House - What's this key for?
Upstairs room in counting house, accessed either access through pipe or through door, there's a key labeled A Private Stash . What's it for?

If you head down the stairs from the main floor in the counting house and turn left, instead of right towards the docks, there's an area there where you should find the private stash. You might need to pass a perception check though.

BTW: Need to note down that gold also weights heavily especially if you have over 30k gold
