With him having 15! initiative (none of my companions can even get that number), and first what he does is he sticks a dagger in Cora. And then proceeds to dimension the door out of the scene. If I counter spell it, he does it again, and if I use the second counter spell he does it again for the third time. So, looking at that he has at least 4 actions in his turn without haste.
That is some BS in my books...
