What was your hardest boss of Act 1?
For me, it was The Spectator. The way it moves around everywhere was a pain, and Gale got the Necrotic Aura bug during the fight which didn't help.

Nere would be top pick, but there are a few options to easily cheese the fight. It just takes a long time due to the amount of enemies.

Auntie, I just pushed her into that pit on turn 1. Grym is a gimmick fight, doesn't count. Everything else was pretty easy.

Spectator wasn't bad, I had calm emotions to break its control over the drow, so they helped me.

I probably had the most trouble with Dror Ragzlin, as I fought him at level 4.
Took some tacticting to prep everything so that I could beat him.
Meaning I cleared 90% of the camp, released, and befriended the spiders to help fight him, and it was still close.

Nere's easy. Just long rest and he'll be dead from the poison when you wake up :P

Probably the Githyankis in a ''fair'' fight.

Yeah, if you take the githyanki on at level 5 and initiate the fight through dialogue, it seems like a pretty clear winner.

The Gith patrol, this one isn’t close.

There’s just not much content before you see them. If you fight them BEFORE level 5 it’s probably the hardest fight in the game and you need to do serious prep with potions, set ups, etc. even AT level 5 it’s tough.

Spider Queen, I had to ask the Ogres for help

Does it really count if it's not supposed to be a viable option

Grym is the most annoying fight, because he needs to be superheated to be able to receive damage via the hammer.

Every time I've fought Grym (even on Tactician), it's been over before he loses the initial instance of Superheated. Lae'zel and Karlach just wailing on him with blunt weapons does plenty.

Bulette because it caught me next to a chasm and dunked half my party with its bellyflop.

Not counting commander Khark, I think it was probably the Harpies at the beach.
