if you retrain a wizard do they lose all their learned spells?

If i dont like my school specialization, and i retrain my wizard will i lose all the spells i learned from scrolls up until that point, even if i still retrain back into a wizard but with a different school specialization.

Wizards keep all the spells they've ever learned from scrolls in their Wizard spell list.

So you can respec (even to another class) and you won't lose them - though unless you pick up at least one wizard level you can't cast them of course.

The spells you took when leveling need to be taken / learn again.
