Grymforge's big demon? (Spoilers)
In Grimforge you find evidence that the place what attacked by a large demon (or devil, I dont remember). The deep rothé mention that Ketheric's forces were destroyed by it, and you can see it in the stone when the mason ask for your opinion on the ruins.

Later on, you find a meregon legionaire in a room with three hellbeast. After defeating them and looting the meregon's mask, your character comment that the meregons never travel without a leader, and that it can't be far. However, I searched the place extensively and didn't found another demon in Grymforge.

There is the guardian of the forge and a lava elemental near the forge but those aren't demonics or devils so I thought it couldn't be the leader my character was refering to. I'm wondering, is there another hidden boss I haven't found?

Does anyone have an idea or have found anything in their playthrough?

I assume this is referring to that spot being somewhat of a shar temple and the demon being the one who then went on to attack the gauntlet of shar.

I have also noticed the same in my playthrough. I think the above comment is true; the meregon creature being the common denominator.

Could this demon be the same one you meet in Act 2? That’s my guess, anyway.

Yeah, pretty sure the temple from the trials is supposed to be connected to it, there's just a chasm in between now.

Probably what the true soul was digging for.

The same devil. Also note his minions are wearing and using the gear you find around in Grymforge on corpses.
