Can't toggle nudity?
I'm able to select genitals when creating character, but unable to see in the actual game? I take the clothes off and still see underwear. I'm able to find nudity options under Accessibility but they don't seem to change anything...

Thank god for the quick responses, this was driving me crazy. It was the underwear. Thank you all for enabling my hedonism.
