Report a translation problem
Well if you think making an ai that will be able to translate the voice actors lines to a foreign language then go ahead and make that mod yourself. Shouldnt be an issue if its so easy. Also wait until you learn that 99% of the best rpgs have no voiced dialogue at all. Its all text.
You want to pay for the localization and new voice actors?
At the beginning I thought it would be okay, but I couldn't bear it.
Many games I have played have translated voices. Fallout, Mass Effect, Gothic, Elder Scrolls, Dragon Age and many more. These games didn't cost more than 60 euros. This is a must, especially for story-heavy games. I'm disappointed.
Anyone who has English as their main language can count themselves lucky.
Take this as a lesson to more carefully read the store page before buying a game.
edit: also those other games you mentioned were not fully voiced and had many fewer lines of dialogue than BG3. BG3 has more dialogue than there is text in the entire Lord of the Rings novels - that is A LOT of text to voice once let alone again in even a second language (which would be more likely to be Spanish or French before German).
Voice acting costs money and requires talent. If I could get a penny for each horrible dubbed piece of media, I would be very rich. Also, some things never translate well.
It's not because there are 84.4 mil Germans that you should expect everything foreign to be translated in your language. English is not the most used language, but sure is dominant in media such as games and movies.
If you accept this fact, you can stop resisting and start to get used to English. You don't need to get back to school and you don't need perfect grammar for this. Just try to think in English while wrestling with it. The wrestling will change into a dance sooner then later.
For instance, start watching english undubbed series and movies with english subtitles.
