Yes it runs on my mini PC with integrated graphics. Don't expect high FPS though lol. But it'll run.

Yes it will, not very well, but it'll be playable
You'll have some stutter on act 3 and highly crowded places, but using vulcan can help you

I DO NOT recomend using amd fsr since I had some persistent problems on my pc and I think that could be responsible for

On 1080p and all on low/off with textures on high, you should get around ~25 fps (in most parts of the game)

Do you have an SSD or an HDD? I wouldn't even attempt playing this game without an SSD... and 16GB ram

AH SUPER IMPORTANT THING!! You must have an SSD
If not, you'll always spawn in some desert space and will have to wait for the scenario to load, it's really terrible :(

But you can always buy the game, test for 2 hours at max, and ask for refund

Yeah, I tried :') it was absolutely terrible
Even on my SSD I have some scenario loading on act 3, but NOT EVEN CLOSE what was like on HD
