For those having issues with missed romance cutscenes

TLDR: Remove the companion from party then rest again. It may need more than one rest but eventually the marker should appear above their head to trigger the cutscene.

For me was Shadowheart entering Act3 after doing everything right romance wise. First rest into act3 (Rivington) was Gith Queen followed by the horny Emperor (said no to tentacle sex ofc) which seemed to block the Shadowheart romance scene and no matter what it just wouldn't trigger. Removed her from party then rested and sure enough speech bubble above her head. I did this some time (several rests) after the above interactions but definitely before entering BG proper and the final part of her quest line so YMMV.

Hope this helps at least one person as it is a really annoying bug...
