Or just accept that winning dialogue checks is not the way forward for you.
BTW, I'm playing a high CHA Bard and persuasion is my preferred way of dealing with situations. It's fun and it has allowed me to skip some tough fights or gain access to places I shouldn't easily get in to. But in my next run I am going for a low CHA character because it will definitely change how certain situations play out.
I know for a fact that without a good persuasion check, one of your companions kills another one. That may not sound like fun, but it's also the kind of thing that thing I wouldn't mind happening during a second playthrough just to shake things up.
So trying to always win Persuasion etc checks is not necessary, it's just one way to approach things.
