Throwing elixirs
Can we no longer throw elixirs to get buffs for everyone? Did I miss something in the patch notes?

It is no longer working for me :(

Elixir is not suppose to work that way.

Only potions ever worked - trust me I tried with bloodlust extensively ;)

You can also in some cases strategically drop potions on the ground around where explosive/aoe related combat is expected to occur and it can also have the same effect, but not elixirs to my knowledge. (Slight Spoilers) Potions dropped method too has been talked about by Larian on the grymforge automaton / hammer-lever mechanics and the exploding spiders around saving the duke in act 3 (if you went that option that causes them to spawn).

I guess I'm okay with thrown elixirs not working, but that's certainly a somewhat haphazard logic given that throwing potions does heal. The ability to heal without having to have a designated cleric (for example) is the reason for that exception, I'm sure.

Hmm that's interesting. Immersion wise, I really vastly prefer that over Barrelmancy (which isn't believable at all outside of rare exceptions). Thanks for sharing that and I'll probably use it here and there due to my aversion to Barrelmancy breaking immersion.

i know for a fact that it USED to work. I used it to double buff karlach and laezel by throwing an elixir of strength quite often.
