Do i go through Grymforge Elevator or mountain pass?

So, i just finished the blood of lathander part of the mountain pass and did lazels quest with the cresh but now im not sure if i should continue onto the second part of the mountain oass, that leads to the cursed lands after you meet the Wizard that sent the message from Mystra to gale.

Just wanna make sure im not missing any content. After i finish everything in the mountain pass do i go through grymforge elevator or the shadow cursed lands

You can do all of the mountain pass before moving on to the SCL (Act 2).

Are you playing good? evil? Each area brings you to a different location.
If you go through the Underdark, you arrive at the good guys of act 2 first. If you go through mountain pass, you arrive at the bad guys first.

Eventually, the two paths will merge during an "ambush" scene where you fully choose your allegiance.

Ive finished all of the mountain pass and shadowlands/forge

Im just now sure if i should go through the Shadowlands through the mountain pass or use the Grymforge Elevator
