Clear the Goblin camp, Underdark, or Mountain pass Crèche.
In wich order should I do it,

I'm currently in the goblin camp and killed the priestess, rest of the camp is friendly. I went out to finish kagha quest and the shadow druids

Should I go back to goblin camp and kill the other two leaders, or I'm I better to clear the underdark or mountain pass first ?

What is the point of no return ?

While you could do them in any order, mountain pass is act II, so you should do that last.
The natural flow is Goblin Camp > Underdark > Mountain Pass.

The true point of no return is entering the Shadowfell however entering Act II (Mountain Pass) will auto-resolve the Goblins vs Druid Grove questline.

Kill all goblins first.
Underdark and mountain pass send you to the next act.
Make sure to do act 1 first.

I suggest mountain path as it is short and easier to travel(As in less confusing terrian)
Underdark only if your a drow.

Goblin camp
Underdark
Mountain pass

Order doesnt really matter... do them as you see fit, really. Gob camp is easier than the underdark... and the creche is about the same-ish.
The point of no return is entering a very dark place... you will see it. In essence you can do all 3. Just starts closing things off once you enter the shadowed lands of the curse... and REALLY closes them once you enter the shadowfell

goblin camp first,
then underdark until you get to the elevator that would take you to act 2,
then mountain pass

I tend to do Coastal stuff > Bog > Village > Roads & Inn > Goblin camp > Underdark > Grym Forge.
Then visit the Creche as an aside in Act II just for some sunshine and to keep my Giths happy.

The mountain pass will bring you to act 2, ending all in-progress quests that don't continue on. Only do that if you don't care about the rest of act 1.

That said, I'd say there is no better or worse path out of dealing with the under dark and the rest of the camp. The rest of the camp will be a lot of combat but the under dark is more content than that.

Goblin Camp and Underdark can be done whenever, can even go to the Mountain Pass to find the Creche and return, although the world state and some quests may progress, so recommend doing mountain pass last.

The point of no return is taking the lift from the Grymforge (in the Underdark) to the shadow-cursed lands, or following the road into it after going through the mountain pass.

The order you do it is your choice. That's the entire purpose/point of a game like this.
The point of no return is far into Act 2 and the start of Act 3. Those are the only two points you get locked out of zones and the game very clearly tells you it's happening.
You can do almost all of Act 2 before being locked out of Act 1 as long as you postpone the Nightsong questline.

You can do both, just do not go into AC2. Clear the goblin camp ore burn the grove (if you side with the goblins) first. You can clear the whole Underdark with Grymforge and then go into the mountain pass, Grimforge should not be miss, you get several good items there which work even into late game.

I would say the best order is goblin camp, underdark, then mountain pass, based on difficulty. You will be slightly overleved by the time you make it to the mountain pass though.

The point of no return is when you enter the shadow cursed lands, but its not a total point of no return. It just moves around characters to act 2 but you can still enter act 1 easily. The true point of no return is near the end of act 2.

Also, since most people miss this(slight spoiler for the tiefling/goblin quest), but its what I feel is the coolest way to finish this quest If you tell The drow lady where the grove is or allow them to find out some other way, they will do a big climatic battle at the emerald grove which is much cooler than just a few boss battles. It may be too late. You may be able to trigger this by getting Halsin out of the goblin camp at then talking to Zevlor but idk. I would recommend being around level 5 for this fight

Here's how I do it:

-Goblin Camp

-Underdark, including Grymforge

-Gith Creche

To clarify, there are some things that you HAVE to do before leaving, specifically the Grymforge section. DO NOT leave or short/long rest while in grymforge area if you care about the conclusion there. I also recommend doing the Gith Creche area only after everything else is done because entering that area forces events to progress for Act 1, which I imagine includes the Druid Grove scenario and maybe the Grymforge event.

Do what you feels best the game will warn you when entering a new area that could effect your quests before entering. Examples Auto resolve Quests, Lose quests completely and so forth, but the game will warn you.. If your not sure just check your journal before entering a new area. If you cant find that quest in the area your are leaving and it's in your journal and you have searched everywhere then it will conclude in a later act.

Doesn't affect Grymforge if you're talking about Nere. First playthrough I did Underdark and skipped the Pass entirely. Second playthrough I did the pass first, cleared Underdark and then went into the Shadow Cursed Lands through the pass. Interestingly enough though I wound up killing the cultist escort that met me when I entered that way and what that meant was when I fought Kar'niss he was all alone. I expect that was either forgotten or a bug but made things a lot easier.

Not a bug, just an alternative. You can travel with him and be ambushed , find him on his own, or ambush him yourself
