can we have more than one romance?

when i end one romance in the middle of my campaign with "XY" can i start a new romance?
or do i have to play a new campaign? i was to quick and choose a wrong person hehe :D

You can literally talk to your current romantic partner and say "I want to end it with you." If that option doesn't appear, then you haven't fully locked in that romance yet, so you're free to romance someone else.

you can but youll be locked out of the escalating scenes most likely, it depends on WHEN you do it.

for example on my first playthrough i slept with minthara in act 1 but romanced shadowheart the rest of the game but i didnt get ANY of her romance scenes. but at the end of the game my character and her were 'together'.

Depends on who you romance afaik Halsin doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ who you romance he's okay with sharing you, dunno about the others though.
