History Of Orpheus Part Two

I've killed them all before I found History Of Orpheus Part One and learned about this quest.
Now I am a nerdy and a scolar and picked up all the books I find and kept all the disc's but I can't find part 2.

According to the internet I can find it on {Githyanki Creche} Young Varrl, but I can't find his body anywhere :( ..

Anybody knows where I can find part 2?

The kid that got beaten up has part 2 i think

Githyanki creche - > Training grounds -- > Young Varrl --- > Kill or save ---> Get part 2

I killed them all and looted it off the kid who runs to the corner.

The kid's body is nowhere to be found :(

The kid seems to disappear if you do the Vlaakith part before you talk to him after saving him.

that's funny, I always find part 2 laying around in the creche and later find the third but never part 1. weird

Part 1 is in the underdark inside arcane tower

I'm quite sure I talked with him, but he just refused to talk to me after saving him.
Now at a point where I can't find him anywhere and missing the disc #2.

I read that some people used mods or cheat engine to summon the item, but no luck with that after Patch 3.

The console command that needs to be run is:

GROUND:Spawn(4dbaf850-49ff-4e41-adc2-7054e416c960)
