Should I allow Astarion to feed on me every day in Act 2?

Perhaps if you have a vampire kink or want to RP while romancing Astarion.

I see no other reason to. The debuff is annoying and it doesn't really impact your romance with Astarion gameplay wise.

Also, how did you miss that Selune and Shar hate each other?

Iirc the debuff is matched by a buff for Astarion. If playing the stats then do you want your MC skills to be more effective or Astarions'. There will be no definitive answer to this as it will depend how you built them. Afaik though there is no penalty for not letting him feed on you in Act 2 so if you are happy with the distribution of stats as they are then leave well alone;)

That's probably because Shar And Selune are in a massive blood Feud. They hate each other.

I give my respects to all the gods if I happened to meet them (e.g., Vlaakith), but that does not mean anything other than giving the minimum amount of respect because they are a god.

Besides, Shar is the sister of our Lady of Silver, she may be evil but she deserves the minimum amount of respect since she is a god. I will still denounce her in front of Shadowheart though, especially since she cursed me lol.

I do, but then I have the silvanus amulet with a minor restoration on it, so I can get the debuff off my character without spending a spell slot.
