If you follow the link to the uploaded screenshot there's a "share" button that gives you a link that you can paste to these forums so people can see what you're seeing, which can sometimes help to resolve an issue.
Without seeing what you're seeing people can't always tell if it's a bug, something you're missing or something else. Right now, that's where I'm at (for whatever that's worth).
What I can tell you is that the 5th ed. dungeons and dragons rules don't allow for stacking armor calculations. Mage armor won't stack with worn armor, draconic resilience, unarmored defense etc.
With mage armor active you should have armor equal to 13+Dex Modifier (which is (Dex-10)/2, rounded down). BG3 appears to disallow wearing any armor (including gloves, boots and helms marked with an armor tag) to cast mage armor, and remove the mage armor buff if you equip armor with these tags, even if you are proficient.

My problem was I am a sorceror with dragon bloodline and I get an additional 3 already from dragon and so it does not stack.
Thanks everyone
