Get Full Heals for Free. Bug or Intended?

I cleared out the Goblin Village outside. But prior to that I went thru the mountain pass to get the Trielta Crags waypoint so I had access to Lady Esther Trader.

I discovered if you fast travel to Trielta Crags WP you get fully healed upon arrival.
So basically you don't need to use any healing spells or pots after a fight as long as you have the WP.

By that point, free full heals aren't really a giant boost. You'll do full rests more to regain spell slots than health. As the game progresses, it's less about a string of easy fights and more about a few challenging battles.
