Is there a mod to give Laezel a normal nose?

Yeah it's called playing as a Githyanki yourself, so to you, it is a normal nose.

theres an appearance change mod that lets you customize all the origin characters and yourself at any point in the game, add to that a mod that adds some custom faces and you can change her to have a more human looking nose
