Wyrm's Rock Elevator to Gortash?

Well, I have have saved Gondians from the Iron Throne and destroyed Steelwatch Foundry, now coming for Gortash. As I have cleared the first floor of Wyrm's Rock of hostiles the obvious path to Gortash lies through Audience chamber. I don't mind another fight, but the one in Audience chamber is definately bugged and annoying as hell with all that traps counting as enemy unit and Council members turning hostile at random. Even when I defeat all hostiles - game still considers I'm in combat.
So, on the rooftop I noticed an Elevator, and a secret passage on the first floor leading to it. If I could use it - I could skip that fight and go directly to Gortash, but I can't figure out how, or even if it's totally possible. Maybe elevator there is just as decorum.
Does anyone knows if it's possible to use this elevator for shortcut?

i dont know of any elevator but i do know that if you jump from the bridge on the back side of the tower is a vine you can climb to the back of the audience chamber with the stairs up right next to the door which you can sneak to when the guards look away without a check and then after killing gortash you can fast travel away and never come back to avoid alot of unnecessary fighting.

It worked! Now I can confirm elevator there is just for decorum, and the secret door I found is an alternate route to those vines, so you can get there without jumping and sneaking. Another path to vines lies through a hidden passage in prison.
