Reloaded never fixed it. Lasted the rest of the game for me.
I went into the Hag's Lair and suddenly just started getting the Noxious Fumes condition out of nowhere and couldn't figure out how the hell I was supposed to work out where to go and where not to go. I ended up taking almost my entire health-pool's worth of damage just trying to navigate through the room, then screwed up the subsequent fight with the hag. I thought the game just had an insane trap density and I wasn't spotting them all.
When I reloaded an earlier save and returned to the room, there were obvious clouds of green smoke where there had been nothing visible before.
That was where I figured maybe there is something wrong with my computer and maybe it isn't up to playing the game... or perhaps I need to change the graphical settings.
... But it is a known bug? Okay. Well, there seem to be a lot of those. Larian is shaping up to be the next Bethesda... only... well.... worse, because these games aren't open-world.
Last night I was in a fight where I had Gale cast wall of stone, then Astarion ran downstairs out of the combat, came back upstairs, and then when he came back, the wall was still registering as being there, but it was invisible.
Could still see Hunger of Hadar though.
I had my character cast it before Gale trapped the enemies in it with the wall.
