Investigate murders kill list where to find victims

I would like to save the victims of the planned murder. But I don't have the kill list in my inventory, nor do I remember, where I found it. There also is no quest marker. Quest from Devella.

If you've got the note, then they should be displayed as markers on the map.

Huh. I had markers on my map, even before talking and showing it to her. Possibly a bug of sorts, I reckon.

Maybe you gave it to her? You don't need the list, the "victims" should be map marked now.
