Was the best music that I have ever experienced in a game. The whole thing combines for one of the most memorable moments in a cRPG.

I might just have Raphael on my side in the next play-through just because of it.

Yeah it was cool AF. Damn hard battle too especially if you're walking into it blind on your first playthrough.

The contrast between the harmonic female voice and then Raphael's bombastic voice is just awesome.

The best ever experienced in a video game ? I've played too many games to say that myself, considering the themes of Mass effect trilogy, Nier automata, Witcher 3, some of Warhammer 40K, FF7 Remake, Command & Conquer franchise, many pokémon games, Sims 3 and 4 musics, Dark souls 3 , Zelda, and SO MANY MORE that i forgot right now in my mind, but yes, Raphael fight music surprised me and is extremely good !

Dark Souls/Elden Ring/Bloodborne is hard to match when it comes to the boss music. FF7 Remake was also ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ epic, especially loved the Big Buster fight.

He didn't get a single move for me. He got "hold monster"'d at the start of the fight and that was him until he died.

I get the feeling that's probably a good thing. I didn't like the look of the ominous pillars around the room and what they did.

yeah I not seen the pillars at all with the angle i had until i died 2 times. then I it was oh wait I have to do something with those xd

For me, this was by far the hardest fight in the game, so you played this really elegantly I'd say.

oh nice, i never used that spell
in my case when I figured out what was supposed to do. He assumed his "final form" and then I used Us and he got little raphael again somehow cause of the spell?
So he never actually hit me in his big devil form and I just laughed out loud and cheered for Us. Meanwhile Lupus Optimus slashing down the pillars like crazy, together with some double moonbeams of Jaheria with a potion of speed. I'm more devilish than the devil :P

When they work though... it's so good. being able to crit back to back to back and just nuke something down is satisfying. It's broken so many boss encounters at the table.

it was glorious. downing dragon, emperor and the brain simultaniously with everything I could bring to the battle.
