infernal mechanic not in act 1 anymore
im trying to keep karlach alive but i have already saved the grove the the mechanic is gone, will she survive til i see him in act 2 or is she now doomed?

hes in act 2 and act 3

It's all good you can get the level 1 and 2 repairs from him once you get to the Shadow Cursed Lands . I did the same thing as you

Just make sure you keep him alive in act 2, is all I'm saying. :)
