Shadowheart Act 3 Circus Test of Love bug?

Loving the game so far, just got to the Circus in act 3 and want to take Shadowheart through Zethino's test/trial of love. My other companions all have 3 options for each question, but Shadowheart only has 2 for the first question, both of which are 'incorrect' answers. I searched a little and discovered she is meant to have the option
"Good company and an even better vintage." as the correct response. This is not there. Reloads do not solve this. Was this something that I've done incorrectly during her romances/approval rating or is it a bug? If it's something I've done wrong then I'll have to swallow my pride and just accept it and try again in another playthrough, but I've generally had excellent approval from SH the entire time so it feels like it's unintended.

I considered this. I had a night with Lae'zel but went our separate ways afterwards, whilst testing another companion I had high approval with (Karlach), it worked out fine with all options included.

I'm also having this exact bug. Its has to be a bug since I'm not seeing any noted reason for the answer to be missing.

It’s missing because you don’t know about the wine. If you have not had the romance scene where you drink wine with her then your char doesn’t know about the wine and so can’t answer correctly.

Having had the wine scene is a must
