Google Players Handbook D&D in amazon.
Hardly modified. And the Players Handbook for D&D will do you no good if you look for an actual guide book a la piggybooks etc. There will be as much a guide book as there were Divinity: Original Sin.
The reason is simple: the game is still constantly under developement beyond the release date, and therefore you can expect more content over the time in the final form of the definitive edition or enhanced addition years in the future.
No guidebook can update like that.
