This might be the end of the road for your Lae'zel this time around.
Edit: And since this was a "The party member makes a decision to travel ahead alone" scenario, there isn't any bringing her back unless you're willing to reload an earlier save.
I am not sure if there's a way to save her before Act 2 if you go this route, but receiving the backpack full of a player's inventory is usually a sign that they are no longer a part of your party.
Now you have to reload or live with your decision that your actions caused her death
Oh sad way to go saddly...
hahahahahaha at least I manage to romance her before that... damn that´s even sadder
Guess is something for my next playthrough... I killed Astarion and Now Lae´zel it seems
So maybe.
cure her curse and rez her?
The way to save her is to follow her at this moment when she meets the gythiankhi.
If you go doing other things without her, no surprise she maybe turns dead
She rolled to be the one getting kidnapped in my playthrough and I just laughed and went on my way.
