First orb at Shar's Temple problem.

Hello,

So as the title say, i have an issue with the first orb. I the three step following this one, i did the silent library aswell, but i only have 3 out of the 4 i should have.
I looked for similar problem on the net, but there is none, at least not quite.
The thing is, i open the door not by extinguish the light, but via Shadowheart, she did not got pushed back, even with the light on.
Do i have to do all of it a second time, or is there something i missed ?

And yes, i looked in every inventory. Only 3.

PS: sorry if i'm not clear, my english isn't good enough.

One orb is held by the big devil to the far east.

You will have to fight or talk to him to get it.

Hi I'm having the same problem, I can reach and interact with the first umbral gem but when I click it, the statue just says something about following her voice and opens up the magical lock... but my character did not grab the gem :/
I retried the dungeon 2 times now, I have no light giving objects on hands or equiped, the rest of the puzzle happens correctly... I'm kind of out of options here

You get one from each trial and one from the fight vs. Yurgir and his devils.

ok so every guide i saw on youtube or other site just give misdirection so. thanks to them..

This happen to me and my wife in one run. The game is supposed to spawn in 4 orbs for 4 sockets but apparently it sometimes spawns 4 orbs for 5 sockets. To fix it I had to download and install a mod to spawn any item and spawn in a 5th orb to open the last door.

Someone else claimed that door can be opened with the Knock spell. I haven't tried it myself.
