Stuck in the Lower City.

I'm doing a Dark Urge run and I think my quest marker is bugging out. It currently tells me to go to the Undercity and when I do the quest marker just sits on "Undercity".

I've done basically everything in this area of the game and I'm not sure what to do next. I have killed Orin and her family. I am unable to cross the bridge because it will transform me into a Mindflayer. Any clue what I should do next? I need to kill the last guy to control the brain but I can't find the guy anywhere.

I haven't play a Dark Urge but I STRONGLY URGE YOU THAT SPOILER TAG EXIST ITS THERE FOR A REASON, There's ought to be something down there in Undercity related to Dark Urge, I think.

Gortash is waiting in his office in Wyrm Rock's Fortress. Backtrack into previous area via Lower City.
