Karlach companion quest question (spoilers)

So I just defeated Gortash, the last of the dead 3's chosen in my first playthrough with Karlach in my party. I don't know if I screwed up, but i never went to him before I had killed Orin to "confront" him prior to this final battle.

Upon defeating him, Karlach rages, and is overwhelmed how unfair things are, and how she's destined to die and how vengeance basically doesn't seem to give her much peace of mind.

With that said, did I screw something up where I can no longer save her? I was reading on google that if you completed Wyll's companion quest you can have him go with her to Avernus to defeat Zariel and end her enslavement to her (Which I already have and he calls himself the Blade of Avernus now), however, whenever I try to talk to Wyll or Karlach I don't get any options to encourage her to go with him to defeat Zariel.

What gives? Did I miss something here?

Just go to camp and pick up up again, she was just having a tantrum. Guess that's all the conclusion her story arc gets :|

Nope, you didn't miss anything. It's a post final battle scene. Karlach's quest ends there
