Anybody having issues with Reactions ceasing to trigger?

Hey there. Not sure what is happening. But I have found that none of my characters are doing reactions anymore. No shield, flare, opportunity attacks etc. Not a single one. No popups. No auto reactions. Is like they just dont exist anymore. I have noticed it happening a bit here but now have confirmed.

The two most obvious to trigger are shield based reactions, and I have a sentinel polearm master that never gets AOO triggers or popup requests.

Has anybody else heard of this problem? If no insight, I will move this over to gameplay problems.

This is made definitive with a fight with generic swarming melee mobs and not a single person has done any form of reaction.

The polearm master has:
AOO
Paralysing Critical
Sentinel
Reckless Attack
Polarm Master: AOO

All ones that used to trigger pretty consistently. Is there something I am missing that can prevent AOO for the whole party? Not seeing anything in the party debuff list. Or did I hit some hotkey that turned them off?

Press L and select every reaction to ask to trigger. Also u can only make 1 reaction per round

The issue wasn't that. Am in act 3 so comfortable with how reactions work. The issue was all but AOO became "Reaction is Unavailable"

I had the same issue with my bard, and realised that reaction dont work if you are shapeshifted/disguised for some reason. And I was always shapeshifted to benefit from the mark of the shifter...

So check if that is the same for you, but given your screen where everyone is disguised... That's your issue.

It was, and it wasnt.

So I do roleplay. The specifics were a rescue mission, so I disguised everybody just for the fluff. It was fine at first, but there was a pretty tough fight I got myself into. Everybody was downed at some point, breaking the disguises. Reactions seemed to work when it started. After fight I re-cast the disguises, but then it no longer seemed to work.

The first one I might be remembering wrong, I don't know.

I tried cancelling the disguises, but it still kept reactions locked out. It was only activating the bedroll from within camp did it clear whatever was locking it out along with the disguises.
