[SPOILERS] Which god is it?
Whose corpse is in the Astral Prism?

It cannot be any of the dead three, because that is just a nickname. They are alive and well, able to grant spells to their clerics, albeit reduced to the status of quasi-deities since the disaster with the tablets of fate.
The other (ex-)deities known to have drifting skellies there are Amaunator, Enki, Gilgeam, Ilbrandul, Kalzareinad, Karsus, Kiputytto, Leira, Moander, and Ulutiu. I think it is Karsus, even if his godhood lasted only 30 seconds, given his connection to the story.

The one you meet in NWN2: Mask of the Betrayer
inside the prism is an illithid named the emperor (he is the dream guardian) and orpheus the prince of the githyanki

Yes, I know. Did you miss the giant corpse of a god whose very bones you walk on when you enter the Astral Prism?

One of the gods who was dead when Orpheus led his revolt but wasn't resurrected for 5e. Probably not even an FR god. I think his revolt predates Netheril, so I'm not sure which deity it could be.

I would also speculate Karsus given that the names of the others don't even appear in game

I'd say Moander with the spores druid availiable in game and the myconid colony. The dead god of rot used to preserve the gith. (Headcannon)

Ultimately probably Karsus, tho.

It can't be Karsus. Karsus died in -339 DR. The corpse had to be there when Vlaakith I defeated Orpheus which was well before that.

I stand corrected and still say Moander
