Non lethal toggle by character?

Any way to only have one character use non lethal attacks without constantly swapping back and forth? Party got someone who refuses to kill and a GWM user, which seems to not trigger a lot with it. It just ends up as a really annoying combination.

Nobody cares about killing in this game, except maybe the open Hand clerics. You can also leave non-lethal on, as a KO is a kill anyway.

The problem is you can't just leave it on if you have someone with GWM in the party, half the time the bonus attack won't trigger unless it actually kills. Which is a pretty huge loss.
