No Romance With Shadowheart
I'm deep into Act 3 and I've only gotten 2 camp scenes with shadowheart. In Act one after the grove, which from what i remember i ended up spending time with karlach, no sex though and i didnt specifiacally reject shadow either. The 2nd scene was after i finished shadows last story quest in act 3. Thats it! Where did i go wrong? Is it too late for me to romance her? I've tried long resting 5 nights in a row to see if anything would happen and NOTHING! I've literally rejected romance for everyone else :( IM A LONELY ELF!

You need to complete her personal quest first

You never get a proper sex scene with her unless you let her cuck you with a bear. Not even kidding.

I got a scene with her in act 1, then also in act 1 i got a second scene. I got a third scene and did her personal quest in act 2, and got 2 more scenes in act 3.

I also never did anything with karlach, as shadowheart is pretty jealous for most characters.

keep her with you, get her approval up, talk to her constantly, and do her personal quest. Do those things and the romance follows...

She lures to a beach and tells you to take off all your clothes, she does the same thing. Later on after a swim you both do it at the sands.

I'm also missing the last romance scene. Though, I reckon my situation is a bit more complicated - I let her go the Dark Justiciar path right up until she met her parents. Made her save them, even got the scene at the Selune statue where she starts crying and her parents show up and comfort her. Not sure if this is intended, or if it's just a bug. I know that if you spare Nightsong you get the beach scene, if you go full Dark Justiciar and kill her parents, you get the statue scene. If you choose a mix, you get nothing at all - or at least that's how it is for me.

I have maxed out our relationship way back in act 2, and I've done everything i could, i always talk to her but shes not given me anymore private talks or anything, and like i said, Ive already finished her last main story quest

Act 3 is the buggiest of them all for sure

I had max approval from her, finished her quest line and never got that scene. I have had better romance experience doing it with Lae'zel. Far better. :p She acts like she is really into your char. Shadowheart's act, is no way close to that. Hell, Karlach acts better than she does after you first get her in your camp. :p
