Dammon Missing in Act 3

Idk if it's a bug, but Dammon is suddenly gone.
I can't no longer find him and buy armours.

I have not found him in act 3 yet. He survived act 2 as I saved the Inn and everything. but I have not found him yet in act 3.

he is on north side of baldurs gate lower city. IF he is not there and you saved grove in act 1 and didnt kill the selune cleric then its a bug.

Yes I found him before. I bought stuff from him multiple times in act 3.
