Arka / Leave no one behind achievement
Quick question, after the party when you defeat everybody at goblin camp, I found Arka dead body near the goblin's camp. I don't understand because i conviced her to not kill sazza and she was still alive, in front of kanon grave just before the party. Will I get the "Leave no one behind" achievement even if she died ? I mean, i convinced her to not attack sazza or the goblins, she was alive just before the long rest leading to the victory party but she still went to die by herself...

Yes I know, but i want to know if i can keep playing past this point before realizing that i played 60 hours just to not get the achievement. That's why i wonder if arka truly matter or if her death is inevitable and will not lock me out of the achievement

This just happened to me, did you end up playing through and seeing if it still pops?

Just found this as one of the top Google results because it happened to me, too. I'm in the same boat. All the guides say you have to "save" Arka by stopping them from shooting Sazza. I did it and kept Arka alive in the raid, which led to them by the grave before the party celebrating having avenged Kanon.

But the morning after the party, Arka's body is by the goblin camp.

It'd be nice to know if anyone had this happen and still popped the achievement at the end.

You should still be able to get the achievement. There are lots of tieflings in the grove that die on the road, you find a lot of bodies regardless of your actions in the grove. I believe there are only four tiefs and three Ironhand gnomes to save in order to get the achievement, but that all ends up happening after you've entered the Shadowlands.

Arka must be prevented from killing Sazza, but on my 2nd playthrough, I am trying to get the Sazza related achievement. But it seems impossible to get this achievement and that one on the same playthrough because Arka got OHKO'd by a Spider on turn one. Seems it is recommended to just straight up raid the Goblin camp before they plan any sort of invasions toward the grove.

After you saved Sazza in the Druid Grove, she does not matter any more. Here is a Druid Grove list.

Damays and Nymessa: Found near Lae’zel’s cage.
Nadira: At the top of the hill east of the gate.
Rolan: With his siblings in the grove.
Pandirna: Paralyzed in the storehouse.
Arka: Confronting the goblin Sazza in the Makeshift Prison.
Arabella: In the Inner Sanctum.
Mirkon: At the Secluded Cove
Alfira

Google it and you will get an act by act list. She is not in Act 2 or 3, so you dont need to worry about her.

@ReoHays

Not talking about the quest specifically, but the achievement. <spoiler>There are steps after rescuing her from the grove to get that achievement. Got to pretend to side with the goblins until the assault on the attack, then it doesn't matter who you side with. Then after that, you need to kill remaining Goblin leaders, but make sure not to release the spiders as they will kill her. Then in act two, you need to visit Moonrise Towers before entering the Gauntlet of Shar and request to not have the goblins executed. </spoiler>

Anyway, this thread wasn't for the Sazza achievement but the rescuing all Tieflings, was trying to get both achievements on my 2nd play-through.

You have to do Minthara last, to save Sazza and agree to help her then save scum to save Sazza. Then you have to save her one more time. She will goto the Inner sanctum, so if you did not Kill Priestess Gut before you went to Minthara, Sazza will aid any fight around her on the Absolutes side, not yours. If you cant stop Minthara from Killing her, you can knock Sazza out. Save 1st cause there's a passive.
If you are going to knock out Minthara, then knock out Sazza as well.

Arka is the one that does not matter after saving Sazza in the druid grove. She is not in act 2 or 3.

@ReoHays

Yes, I did save her and set her free, I also did what I had to for the Goblin Priestess and she end up killed by Korrilla. Then I did stop Minthara from executing Sazza, so I should be good there. But when protecting the grove, the guide says I should clear them out without letting a single avoidable Tiefling die. I know she doesn't appear in Act 2 or 3 since her fate is unknown, but the guide specifically states that all savable Tieflings must be saved and even ones either go missing or can't be saved should still have a delayed death as long as possible.

Apparently, ReoHays is correct, I just got the achievement earlier this morning despite the concern I was arguing against. Which means it's not quite as strict as BG3 instructions suggest. I have the achievement now.
