That b/c you turned all your companions into thralls and they are all standing by your throne...your throne of all Faerun.
The Ending when you saved the world as dark urge/mind flayer suggest there is more if you tried to cure the urge instead of going with it.
I also had a weird withers scene added on when i saved the world as the dark surge, occurred after the credits. Said i had no soul for turning into a mindflayer.
Unfortunately Wyll just doesn't have an ending in the game unless he goes to avernus with karlach. Playing as him was nothing more than a custom character who got some lines that address him as mizora's pup or his father's son.
Whats also unfortunate is how you need to romance a character to find out what they do next in the game such as Halsin and the orphan kids.
I did run with Karlach as mind flayer this round as well, so maybe that helped trigger the additional raphael scene? Still I love this game bunches but the endings need work really badly.
Especially how it implies you get a better ending with Gale if you take control of the crown, but you don't. You just mind control all your friends.
Oh and can't forget how the bhaal ending and the take control ending are the exact same except for the 2 words you say at the end. "In my name" vs. "in Bhaal's name"
I'm starting to rant now, but the endings are really bothering me after 3 playthroughs.
