Tiefling bodies and Last Light

Finding all those bodies in nowhere, was gruesome enough! At least they deserve to be burried properly. So i took my strongest girls and carried their bodies to Last Light. Just to find out that there is no reaction to it.
Larian made quite a lot of burials in this game and yet , this massacre they totally forgot.
Quite disheartening !

There was a harper burial behind Last Light tavern.
Were they your dear friends, would you have just walked over their bodies and leave them in that gutter in middle of nowhere or bring them to place where they can at least rest.

Not even the first instance of this. In Act 1 you can find Kanon's sister dead in the wilderness and Zorru's friend's body near the githyanki but if you bring them back to the Grove again there's no scripted reactions to either. Would have been a nice touch to have it in the game, especially since there's enough room next to Kanon's grave to bury them as well.

I mean you are the one treating the shadow cursed lands like it isn't a big deal. Like we as humans aren't going to go looking for the bodies of the titan sub. The shadow cursed lands might as well be the ocean.

Death is so common not sure really matters, in Act 3 in Baulders gate nearly every home has like a murdered body inside it. Even came across some on the streets inside the city. Hell there are even times people get murdered right in front of you after talking to them. Surprising anyone has any compassion for life being constantly surrounded by death.

Sure Larian is like that.
But this was rather personal. Larien invested time to get you involved with them and PC invested great deal into their safety. Listened their stories of hardship , saw two lovebirds dreaming of happy but poor life in BG. Heroic death recap from survivors, of those that PC found.

Div-sin1/2 i couldnt even play it was that bad and making me sick on every turn. And this, finding them massacred like that wasnt it bad enough..Larian simply needed to do better.

Sure game has people dying left and right , some said how they loved the game because of simple things that Larian did, like leaving "essence of dead" after you kill shadows so you can recap their previous or rather their normal lives by touching the essence that is left over. To me actually its gives away quite opposite feeling. Not admiration, but feeling that Larian loves to sell never ending suffering stories. That evil prevails no matter what...

as rant conclusion, this leaves even worse after taste now. Young gamers or gamers in general (not pointing to anyone specific) being exposed to this and leaving them without any emotion, like, who cares, just another dead body..

Its a freaking GAME! Not real life! I am a very emotional person in real life (many health problems), I play games to escape my life. I go on murderous rampages, I flirt with everyone, I'm rude and obnoxious. Then some times I'm the opposite. It has absolutely no effect on my personality.

I'm kinda glad not everyone in games is crying over dead bodies, because I do that in real life. I'm in the game to get away from that. That's why I play fantasy games, and not war games, because war is a real thing that's happening all the time, I don't want to be reminded.
