That IS a normal body for half orcs. If they get the genes for orc/half orc to be dominant enough to make you a half orc, you're gonna be big unless you have something go wrong with you like dwarfism, or other genetic disorders. Also orc crossbreeding is usually from r*pe. But hey your home games can have whatever you want, even if it does not fit in the forgotten realms lore. Don't ask to re-write the lore to fit your character. That is like saying "Why can't I be a 6'2 halfling?" Or "Why can't my full blooded elf have a beard?" It just doesn't work that way. They are not different ethnicities of human. They are different species. For the most part, they can't even interbreed save for sometimes with humans. If you want something that does not fit the lore of the world, get a mod or just play home table games.
